What is a Hollow?

A space carved by time. A bridge between life and decay.

In the natural world, a hollow tree symbolizes wisdom, protection, and the place where life and decay meet. It shelters critters, birds, insects, fungi, and new growth. It reminds us that transformation is rarely neat, but it can still be beautiful.

That's the spirit behind Hollow Coffee Cart.

Coffee, Community, and DIY Spirit

Hollow is barista-founded and built by hand, one project at a time.

We come from coffee shops, farmers markets, creative communities, and DIY spaces where people share what they know and help each other build something meaningful. That spirit shapes everything we do, from hand-painted signs to the linocut stamps we carve and print onto thrifted merchandise.

We believe good things don't have to be polished to be valuable. Sometimes the most meaningful things are made slowly, shared freely, and built together.

Homies Supporting Homies

Community is at the center of what we do.

Whenever possible, we work with people we know, trust, and genuinely want to support. Our coffee is roasted by Mishap Coffee, a small-batch roaster in Aurora run by our friend Colin. Choosing local partners isn't just a business decision, it's part of our belief that strong communities are built through mutual support.

We'd rather grow alongside our neighbors than chase something bigger and less personal.

Our Promise

We want Hollow to be welcoming, accessible, and rooted in care.

Keep an eye out for free coffee-in-the-park events, community pop-ups, and other ways we're trying to make coffee a little more accessible.

In the meantime, you can find us at the Harvey Park Farmers Market every other Saturday during the 2026 season.

The world can be cruel- we gather anyway.
